Located all over Australia, TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies provide an ever-expanding list of professional health programs for their customers from free blood pressure checks through to medication management.

To keep their customers informed of the various health programs and in-store promotions, TerryWhite Chemmart work in partnership with Mood to produce in-store announcements and on-hold messaging – as well as promotional messages to coincide with any current sales campaigns.

Various genres of music are played throughout the day which is best suited to that particular store i.e. scheduled to match the changing customer demographics and/or pace of in-store foot traffic.

The Approach

TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies have been working in partnership with Mood since 2003 and have a dedicated Mood brand manager who has helped to revolutionise the in-store experience. Patients and staff love the eclectic mix of new and classic hits in TerryWhite Chemmart’s music playlists.

The in-store messages which are interjected with the music have rotating promotions and have allowed TerryWhite Chemmart to upsell and inform customers of the latest in-store offers or increase awareness for recommended products. Regional messaging is also produced to cater for local promotions and trading hours.
